The Firefighters Museum of Calgary is now hosting a Pensioners’ Coffee for retired firefighters, the first Tuesday of every month from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Wee Wednesdays!

The Firefighters Museum is pleased to offer Wee Wednesdays for our second summer season in a row! Kids who complete all three classes will receive an honourary firefighters' certificate!

Be a Firefighter!

This program is suitable for children aged 3 – 5 years of age and is the first in a series of three classes offered by the Firefighters Museum of Calgary over the summer season.

Discover what it’s like to be a firefighter! Try on a uniform! Attach hose to hydrant! Enjoy story time plus a hands-on craft activity.

Dates: May 22 (full!), June 12, July 3, July 24 and August 14

Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Cost: $5.00 per family (maximum two guardians and two children)

Stay Low and Go!

This program is suitable for children aged 3 – 5 years of age and is the second in a series of three classes offered by the Firefighters Museum of Calgary over the summer season.

Learn fire safety and get rid of the wiggles! Enjoy story time plus a hands-on craft activity.

Dates: May 29, June 19, July 10, July 31 and August 21

Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Cost: $5.00 per family (maximum two guardians and two children)

Fire Trucks and More!

This program is suitable for children aged 3 – 5 years of age and is the third in a series of three classes offered by the Firefighters Museum of Calgary over the summer season.

Discover our antique fire trucks and other neat equipment as we explore firefighting apparatus since 1885! Also includes story time and a hands-on craft activity.

Dates: June 5, June 26, July 17, August 7 and August 28

Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Cost: $5.00 per family (maximum two guardians and two children)
